ChiBall integrates the priniciples of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the movments of Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Body Release and Deep Relaxation in a rejuvenating exercise to music class. For harmony, balance and wellbeing. Please bring a yoga or excercise mat if you have one. Some mats available - please contact Susan when booking if you would like to borrow a mat.
